GENERAL WHOLESALE POLICIES
Shipping and handling will be charged to your credit card on day of ship out. Shipping charges are exact. These goods are made to your order. All cancellations must be submitted in writing within 7 days of placing the order and are subject to manufactures approval. All claims for shortage and defect must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Buyer will allow a 7 day grace period for delivery. Returns will only be considered if manufacture defect or error and will not be accepted without manufactures written approval. All refunds will be cost of goods only and will not include shipping charges of shipped goods. No returns or refunds unless it meets above criteria. Please check all packages carefully upon receipt.
DELIVERY TIMES
Any delivery time may be adjusted to suit the client but must be approved in writing prior to order being placed. Below are general guidelines of delivery times. They are guaranteed or you may cancel the order.
Fall Immediates - Ship out takes 3 business days with fall immediates. You may order any time in fall so long as we have inventory.

BRIDAL POLICIES
Dresses carry a minimum criteria of ordering Size 8 (M) only. Dresses are made to order for each individual bride at no additional charge. Blank measurement forms will accompany samples.
Final customer orders take 10-12 weeks after both payment and measurements are received. Rush $250: 6-8 weeks Rush $500: 4 weeks
